Think fortified-safe security—for your mail and packages. The Vault XXXL offers the largest capacity in the Vault Series, with the heavy steel construction Fort Knox is known for.

The Vault XXXL is 6" wider than the Vault XXL, giving you a wider package opening and more storage room for incoming deliveries. It features a ¼" solid-steel body, hand-welded seams, an incoming-mail baffle, and reinforced recessed doors designed to limit exposed pry points.

What Makes It Different

The Vault XXXL gives you more width for packages and more room for stored deliveries. Its baffled delivery door allows incoming mail and packages to drop into the locked compartment below, helping protect stored deliveries from reach-in attempts.

The Vault Lock EXTREME with a Medeco® lock and 2 keys is included. Combined with the steel body and reinforced doors, it provides substantial protection for the deliveries you leave inside.

Room for wider packages: The Vault XXXL accepts individual packages up to 6" H x 22" W x 10" D. Its wider body provides additional space below the delivery door for accumulated mail and packages.

How It Works

Simple. Secure. Built Like a Tank.

  1. The carrier pulls down the handle, raising the baffle inside.
  2. Mail and packages are placed into the baffled delivery area.
  3. As the door closes, deliveries fall into the locked compartment below.
  4. You unlock the retrieval door to collect your mail and packages.

Need outgoing mail? Add the optional outgoing-mail slot and ¼"-thick flag. Outgoing envelopes are stored separately in a 1½"-tall section in the upper portion of the mailbox for carrier pickup.

The Vault XXXL comes with 8 pre-drilled bottom mounting holes spaced 6 ¾" apart.

  • In-Ground T-Post: 5" x 23" x 50", for XL, XXL, and XXXL Vaults
  • Surface Mount T-Post: 5" x 24" x 18", for sidewalks, driveways, and other suitable hard surfaces
  • Masonry installation: Can be set into masonry for a permanent, built-in appearance

This is a phenomenal company that creates sensational products. My only wish is that I had more houses so I could have a reason to buy more mailboxes from Fort Knox Mailbox.
Andrea is amazing to work with and likely a significant reason why they are such a strong firm. Her energy is contagious and I loved working with her. I had no issues, but had I, there is zero chance she wouldn’t have solved the issue and with a smile on her face.
We had a brick mason build a brick mailbox for us and use the Fort Knox Mailbox as the actual box the brick was built around. It worked perfectly and looks fabulous. If you even consider using anything other than Fort Knox, you are a fool.
